Each player is renovating the Californian mansion they've inherited, furnishing each room in a particular style. They gain points for different combinations of rooms, but have to bid for what they want against the other players. And decide when to forego any purchase to earn some income.

Furnishing your house attractively brings in the neighbours to take a look. They bring housewarming presents – another way to score points. A typically clever tactical game from Michael Schacht.
