Erosion

This fascinating card game has players making mountains out of layers of rock – and using the elements to wear them down again. Or rather, to wear down their opponents' mountains. The player with the tallest mountain at the end wins.

The game features the different types of rock, lifted up into mountains and ecah vulnerable to a type of erosion. Players need to manage their cards, deploying them to best effect. And keep an eye out for the bonuses afforded by strategically placed fossils.

Erosion is both a really clever game and scientifically accurate – it is used as a teaching aid in college geology classes in Arizona.
