Some twenty years after the game's original publication, a new publisher, Valley Games, has produced a new edition of Die Macher. The game remains the same: each player is a political party, trimming their policy sails to suit the preferences of the electorate. It's fought over a series of elections in the regions of Germany, but the ultimate goal is to gain a majority in the Federal Parliament. Sophisticated, cynical and challenging.
