Take it Higher!

The latest from Peter Burley provides a third dimension to his classic Take it Easy! with the addition of rocket-ships. The basic game remains the same—player are trying to optimise the placement of tiles to complete lines of a single colour across their board. However, there are three major differences with the original game.

First of all the tiles are octagonal, with four scoring pipes running through them. Secondly, the centre of each tile is either silver or gold, giving additional points for a pipe where the tiles are all silver or all gold. Finally, when you complete a pipe, you may be able to launch one of your rockets. As they disappear from a player’s launch pad, their Take it Higher bonus ring moves upwards, giving more bonus points to add to their final total.
