The World Cup Game

Can you steer Brazil to success? Or bring down the mighty South Americans with the minnows from Africa? At heart, this is a card game: players play cards to win matches and push their team(s) through the final stages of football's World Cup. A handicapping system gives an edge to the better teams – which makes a win by the underdog all the sweeter!

The World Cup Game is the brainchild of long-time gamer, Shaun Derrick. It allows players to re-create the very first World Cup in 1930 (contested by a whole 13 teams) or re-fight the 2002 tournament (between 32 teams). Expansions will add other years' tournaments.

For 3-16 players, playing time 1-3 hours: £35.00
