Builds

Apart from Ivor & Co, everyone built towards Brasov this turn. No great costs incurred by any player, but the potential for great expense exists. TTYF! connected a few more towns (with made up names, said an accusing proprietor). IMPALER TRAINS were first to Brasov, but further progress towards Buzau looks to be unlikely. ROMANOV RAILWAYS and HEDGEHOG look to be in competition building north from Brasov, but we shall see. IVOR & CO. built further west along the Danubian plain and then towards Brasov, the lure proving too strong, though their approach will be from the south.

GM Notes

RR built G64 - G65 as part of the second roll in turn 2.

Parallel builds only pay other railways at half cost if done in the same turn. Junctions remain as 1 point.

When two railways build alongside each other in opposite directions at exactly the same time I do not calculate payments to each other as they would be identical.

It costs 3 to build into and out of a mountain hex and 5 to build between two mountain hexes.

A town that fills a hex is worth 6, a town that is slightly smaller than a whole hex is only worth 3.

Hex G60, with the name Nehoiasu, is not a town, for the avoidance of doubt.

Impaler Trains' first turn orders from Timisoara went towards hex G16, but the route wasn't reported as going via G17, leaving uncertainty. (IT actually sent in orders Timisoara - G16 - G17, which I corrected, but I wouldn't like to embarrass him).

Die rolls for next turn are: 5, 5, 3
