Swiggers

Formula Dé Championship

This is a tournament of the motor-racing board game Formula Dé taking place through 2006 at Swiggers games club. On this page you will find the table showing the current standings and the report of the most recent race. The reports of previous races are on another page. You can also take a look at the results of our 2005 Formula Dé Championship, 2004 Formula Dé Championship or 2003 Formula Dé Championship.

We use the Formula 1 scoring system of 10 points for first, 8 for second, 6 for third and 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 to eighth place - no points if you don't finish. We expect to hold twelve races over the year, with each player's best eight scores counting for the Championship. Each race is run over 3 laps with players designing their cars according to the Formula Dé Advanced Rules.

Position/Points Legend: Rtd = Retired, Out = Did not finish, blank = Did not take part.

With fewer and fewer people taking part regularly, we have decided to suspend this year's Championship. The table above and reports on other pages show the latest (final?) situation.
