Star Trader game 10
This is the web version of the latest turn in the tenth postal (PBM/PBeM) game of Star Trader GMed by Mike Dommett and published by Pevans in To Win Just Once, the games magazine. For an introduction to Star Trader follow the link.
Previous turns: Pre-start
First turn, and I have victory conditions that will, of course, remain secret - except for Monogram Industries, who only have one. We have one Passenger Corporation, three traders, one dodgy customer and one violent 'Corporation'.
|Corporation letter and name||Connections Bus/Crim/Pol||Init'v Bid||Turn Order||Cash||Rep'n||Player|
|C||Quasar Enterprises||10||3||5||1000||30||Mark Cowper|
|D||Monogram Inds||6||0||4||600||25||Mike Dyer|
|F||Archangel Lines||2||0||2||250||27||Przemek Orwat|
|N under Initiative Bid means No move received, F indicates the Corp was floated|
There are two News chits to start us off. The current list (new chits in bold) is:
Turn 3 C5
Turn 4 B6
(Chits are identified by the Connection type and level required to see them and disappear/take effect in the News Phase of the turn listed.)
We have six players for this game, which will use the standard map and Corporations. Corporations have been allocated as best possible according to players' preferences.
Mike Clibborn-Dyer is playing MONOGRAM INDUSTRIES.
Mark Cowper is playing QUASAR ENTERPRISES.
Jerry Elsmore is playing ASSOCIATION OF INTERSTELLAR ANARCHISTS.
Paul Evans is playing GATES-LEARJET.
Anthony Gilbert is playing GAMMA LEPORIS CORPORATION.
Przemyslaw Orwat is playing ARCHANGEL LINES.
For the next turn I would like your choice of victory conditions (which will be kept secret) and spaceship names and I will issue player sheets.
There is still space for up to two more players so those wishing to play please send Corporation choices (from those remaining - see section 24.4 in the rules) and victory condition selected.
