Based in Konstanz in Germany, Pro Ludo was started by main man Uwe Walentin as a distributor. The company handled several major US games publishers in Germany. From this base, Pro Ludo branched into publishing new editions of games from small publishers, out-of-print favourites and, then, original games. In 2006 Pro Ludo was taken over by French publisher and distributor Asmodee as their German subsidiary.

A personal favourite for many years, this is a simple card game of bicycle races. Each round is fairly quick to play, but the problem is stopping: it's just addictive: £8.00.
