In the Footsteps of Darwin

The idea is that players are naturalists helping the elderly Charles Darwin complete On the Origin of Species by doing extra research. In game terms, you're collecting tiles to score points and gain bonuses. Simple enough, eh?

The illustrations are delightful and the whole thing is a nice bit of light tactical fun.

There's now a second game in the series, though the mechanisms are rather different when you follow In the Footsteps of Marie Curie.
