Dogfight!

The subtitle is "Rule the Skies in 20 Minutes!", making it clear that this is another in PSC's line of clever, tactical games that play in 20 minutes. (The other two being Blitzkrieg! and Caesar!.)

This one is about aerial dogfights in WW1, specifically a one-on-one fight between two fighters. Like the other games, it's all about getting the best out of your current selection of tiles. The aim is to get on the tail of your opponent and fire your guns in best Biggles (or von Richthofen) fashion. The board shows a deceptively simple oval path that the planes will follow. The tricky bit is outwitting your opponent.

Once you've mastered that, there are different aircraft to try out and "Advanced scenarios" that give one player a specific mission with their opponent trying to stop them succeeding. These also provide a solitaire option, playing against an "automated bot".
