High Rise
I got the chance to try this at the 2019 UK Games Expo and really enjoyed it. It's all about building skyscrapers: the taller the building, the more points you score. However, you have to have the necessary blueprints and materials before you can erect a building. Mind you, greasing palms oils the wheels... Yes, a few back-handers make a property developer's life so much easier. Until the end of the game when corruption is punished.
The game's key mechanism is the one-way track that means each turn is a careful decision of how far to go to get the action you need. An oldie but a goodie, as designer Gil himself points out.
I also have some additions to the game (courtesy of the Kickstarter campaign): extra Tenant tiles (and associated cards), alternative wooden 'floors' (which you can even stack up) and wooden skyscraper bases.
For 1-4 player, aged 14+, playing time 100-150 minutes: £45.00 Special offer: £38.00 (£31.67 without tax outside the UK) (or make me an offer...).
