Splotter Spellen

Splotter is a Dutch company set up by a group of games enthusiasts to publish the games they devised. Their first few games were quirky and fun and took about an hour to play. This changed with the arrival of Roads & Boats in 1999. It's a monster game – in size, complexity and playing time – and was an immediate hit with gamers around the world.
